  1. Size Exchange Only: We understand that ordering the correct size is crucial when it comes to clothing. If you receive a product in a size that does not match your order, we offer size exchanges to ensure you get the perfect fit.


  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a size exchange, the product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Please ensure that you have the original receipt or proof of purchase.


  1. Time Frame: Size exchanges must be requested within 8 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.


  1. Incorrect Size: If you received an incorrect size as per your order, kindly contact our customer support team through westharvestindia@gmail.com . Provide them with your order number and details of the incorrect size you received.


  1. Size Availability: Size exchanges are subject to availability. In case the desired size is out of stock, we will offer an alternative size or provide a store credit for future purchases.


  1. Return Shipping: The cost of returning the product for a size exchange will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the error was due to our mistake or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the product reaches us safely.


  1. Non-Exchangeable Items: Please note that only size exchanges are valid. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reasons apart from incorrect size delivery.


  1. Final Sale Items: Certain items may be marked as "Final Sale" and are non-exchangeable. These items will be clearly mentioned on the product page, and the sale will be considered final once the order is placed.


  1. Quality Control: We ensure that all products undergo strict quality control measures before being shipped. However, if you receive a defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7-8 days from the date of delivery, providing details and accompanying images of the defect.


  1. Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for size exchanges. If you are eligible for an exchange and the desired size is unavailable, we will provide a store credit that can be used for future purchases.
